Exciting projects currently in the planning phase: Waterside Village which consists of a 300 room Hotel Convention Center. Presently negotiating and propose a 4-5 star hotel as a flagship. We are envisioning a quaint village atmosphere with meandering pavered walkways, water falls and fountains, lush landscaping all of which is surrounded by Upscale Retail and Executive Office Suites.
